The seventh volume in The Cahiers Series excerpts selections from Yankinton (Seagull Books), telling stories from 1940s Tel Aviv where a child begins to grasp the turbulent moment in history into which they were born.

The issue includes interviews with the author and the translator/designer/publisher Ornan Rotem along with a study of architecture in Manhattan’s Chinatown restaurants by Maura Chen.
